Martin and his crew at Basements and Decks R Us are incredible. They converted an unfinished basement into a wonderful in-law suite with an adjacent office area. Communication along the way was excellent, as Martin continually kept us updated, and the advice offered was great. Even the inspections went smoothly, and the inspector’s comment “When things are done right, it’s an easy inspection”, boosted our trust. I cannot say enough. Throughout the project, they were responsive, skilled, efficient, attentive, friendly, and courteous. Oh, and it was finished sooner than anticipated. We just got our basement finished, and were/are pleased with all aspects of the process, from the initial bid and visit to discuss layout, finishes, timeline and prices associated with each option. During the construction all the workers were very courteous and respectful. In the end any issues and communication was prompt and professional. Our family is very pleased, and recommend to anyone considering getting their basement finished.

We bought a new to us house Jan 1st & wanted to remodel & finish the basement before moving in when our lease would be up at the end of April. I interviewed 5 different contractors & ultimately chose Martin & his crew at Basements & Decks. He was reasonably priced & said that he could have it completed in time & he did! It was a tall order with all that we wanted done & he did not disappoint! Martin is very knowledgeable & willing to explain the process. He was easy to work with & very responsive. His contractors were trustworthy & hardworking. We are very happy with how everything turned out. Some of my favorite parts of what they did was moving our fireplace, closing in the dining room & adding barn doors & a dimensional wall, as well as the bathroom expansion & remodel. I'm saving my pennies for the next 3 projects that we will have Martin with Basements & Decks R Us complete for us!

After asking friends and looking through reviews, I was introduced to Basement and Decks R Us LLC by Jennifer Briseno (EXP Realty, LLC). My husband and I wanted to remodel the entire lower level and some of the upper level of our home. Martin Briseno, our contractor for Basement and Decks R Us LLC came to our home and gave us an in-depth and informative explanation of how he and his team were going to tackle our home improvement. Martin and his team were top notch professionals, who provided amazing service, were efficient, reliable, and dependable, kept everything on track, very easy to work with, and kept my husband, and I informed every step of the way, while being attentive and courteous. Our home improvement went extremely well; my husband and I are very satisfied with the work done by Basement and Decks R Us LLC. We highly recommend them for a job well done at our home!
